Pre-Drywall Inspections
Pre-drywall inspections in Cibolo, San Antonio and South Texas
A pre-drywall inspection looks at framing, wiring, plumbing and ductwork while the walls are open, before insulation and drywall cover them for good.

What a pre-drywall inspection covers
Once the drywall goes up, most of what holds the house together is out of sight. This is the one point in the build when it can all be seen, and when a missed fastener, a pinched duct or a framing problem is still easy to correct.
Jeremy schedules it with you around your builder’s timeline, and the report gives you something specific to take back to the builder.
When to book one
- Framing, rough electrical, plumbing and ductwork are in

When is the right time for a pre-drywall inspection?
After the framing, wiring, plumbing and ductwork are in, and before insulation and drywall go up. Ask your builder for the date, then request a consultation or call.
Do I still need an inspection before closing?
They cover different things. The pre-drywall inspection sees what is about to be covered; the inspection before closing looks at the finished home.
