Repair Verification Inspections

Repair verification inspections in Cibolo, San Antonio and South Texas

A repair verification inspection is a return visit to confirm the agreed repairs were completed, before the deal moves on.

What a repair verification covers

After the inspection, repairs are often agreed between buyer and seller, or asked of a builder. A re-inspection checks each item against the list, so you are not taking someone’s word for it.

Below are four items from Jeremy’s own re-inspections: found in the first report, repaired, then checked again.

When to book one

  • Repairs were agreed after your inspection
  • Your builder says the punch list is done
  • Before closing
